You can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, if:
- the product was not used;
- the product appearance, packaging and completeness are preserved;
- there are no traces of opening or damage to the package;
- an existing receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
Features of returning cosmetics
We draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, perfume and cosmetic products of appropriate quality are not subject to return or exchange, if they have been opened or used.
We can only accept returns if:
- the product has a manufacturing defect;
- the product was damaged during delivery;
- you received the wrong product you ordered.
To process a return or exchange:
- Contact us in any convenient way (via the form on the website or email).
- Enter the order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the product to the agreed address.
- After checking the product, we will exchange or refund the money.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 3-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods:
- to a bank card;
- or by other means as agreed.
Shipping costs
- In case of return of goods of proper quality, delivery costs are paid by the buyer.
- In the event of a defect or error on our part, all costs are covered by the store.
